城市的地下暗藏着水资源、能源等多源多向的生命线通道，关系城市韧性安全发展，地下污水处理系统是其中关键部分。2024年2月21日，中国国际电视台探访北京市综合管廊系统中资源利用的重要内容——中国水环境集团通州碧水再生水厂，让我们跟随记者镜头一起来看智慧化的下沉式再生水厂如何助力城市副中心韧性发展。

在北京最大的再生水处理厂之一，地下污水处理也是整个系统的关键部分。废水100%回收利用，每年为北京市节约自来水6500万吨，减少碳排放7000吨。在北方城市相对缺水的背景下，如何利用再生水作为城市的第二水源，对城市副中心的绿色发展至关重要。

Underground sewage treatment is also a key part for the whole system in one of the biggest recycled water treatment plants in Beijing. 100% of the waste water is reclaimed, which helps to save 65 million tons of tap water and reduce carbon emissions by 7,000 tons every year for the Beijing. City center against the backdrop of a relative water shortage in northern cities, how we use recycled water as the second water source of the city is crucial for the green development of the sub center.

作为通州区最大的再生水厂，我们采用预处理、生化和深度处理的方式处理再生水资源。优质再生水不仅可用于工业冷却用水、市政浇灌用水，还可用于景观用水、城市绿心公园灌溉和河道生态补水等，极大助力城市副中心的建设发展，改善文化生态环境。

As the largest reclaimed water plant in Tongzhou district, itusespretreatment, biochemical and advanced treatment to deal with reclaimed water resources. The high quality reclaimed water can be used not only for industrial cooling water and municipal watering water, but also for the landscape water, the irrigation of urban green heart park and the ecological water replenishment of river channels, which greatly contributes to the constructionandcultural ecological environmentof the subcenter.

现代化的城市地下系统也促进了该地区的旅游业，包括北京环球度假区。该度假区正在使用来自中国水环境集团碧水再生水厂供水系统的循环水。

Modernized city underground system also boost the areas, tourism industries including the universal Beijing resort, which is using the recycled water from BishuiWater Plant of CWEG.
